With qualifying AP Exam scores, students can earn credit and\/or advanced placement or both.<\/b><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>College Board&#8217;s Advanced Placement Program is recognized by universities around the world as a standard of academic excellence. \u00a0<\/li><li>Launched in 1955, originally designed as a means for students in the U.S. to earn college credit and\/or advanced placement for learning university-level material while in secondary school. Ensure you have acceptable ID to bring to the test site on exam day or you will not be able to test.<\/p><ul><li>AP-authorized test centers in India will only accept original, valid passport as ID for entry to the AP Exam administration.<\/li><li>The ID must bear a <strong><b>recent, recognisable photograph<\/b><\/strong>that clearly matches the student&#8217;s appearance on test day and the photo submitted at registration.<\/li><li>If original, valid passport is not available, then student must have the Aadhaar in either original Letter format or the PVC version with hologram only (both received from UIDAI). No other Aadhaar versions will be accepted.<\/li><li>A sample of the letter version is shown on the left; it&#8217;s the entire piece of paper and not just the card portion at the bottom.
