Leadership Day is Glendale’s annual flagship celebration that showcases student leadership, learning, and holistic development. Rooted in the Leader in Me programme, the event highlights how students apply the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People through student-led presentations, exhibitions, performances, debates, passion projects, and interactive experiences, demonstrating the confidence, responsibility, collaboration, and leadership skills they develop every day.

Leadership Day celebrates Glendale’s commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate, and future-ready leaders. As the first Lighthouse School in India accredited by Franklin Covey Education, Glendale has embedded the globally recognized Leader in Me framework into its culture, empowering every child to discover their unique strengths and lead with purpose. The event showcases student leadership in action through presentations, exhibitions, performances, and projects, reflecting our belief that every child can be a leader.

Leadership Day 2026 will be held from 29th July to 1st August 2026 across Glendale campuses, with each day featuring unique student-led experiences and activities.

Leadership Day is open to all prospective parents, current parents, educators, invited guests, and members of the wider community interested in experiencing Glendale’s unique approach to education.

Visitors can explore student exhibitions, leadership presentations, literary events, public speaking sessions, passion project displays, cultural performances, interactive learning experiences, and opportunities to interact with students and teachers.
